Dan Almeling

Dan has over 45 years of waste industry experience starting with BFI in 1978. During his tenure Dan has worked for some of the industry leaders such as BFI, Republic, Waste Management and Advanced Disposal. He has served as Operations Manager, General Manager, Area President and Divisional Vice-President during those years. He has managed hauling companies, transfer stations, material recovery facilities and landfills. Dan has also been involved in integrating over 30 acquisitions.  

Dan is best known for his operational capabilities and team building strategies.
